Shipping Terms and Return Instructions:
US address ONLY: We ship all orders by USPS within 24 hours from our Warehouse in SC, USA. It takes 1-5 days to any US address. USPS will calculate the shipping cost automatically after you type in your address and choose the shipping method.
After you finish your on-line order, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your order and show the ordered items plus payment method information. Please check your shipping address again to make sure the shipping address is correct. When we ship your order, you will receive a tracking # for your package via e-mail directly from USPS.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns and exchanges must be authorized in advance. Please inspect the item immediately after you receive it. If there is any problem with the item, buyer MUST notify us within SEVEN (7) calendar days from receipt of the package. No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization from OximetersOnline.com. The Customer Service department will issue a "Return Authorization" (RA) number for ALL returns. The returned good(s) must be returned in the original packaging with all documentation and freight prepaid by you. A full credit will be issued only for shipping errors made by OximetersOnline.com. Any merchandise damaged in shipment should be refused and reported at the time of delivery to both OximetersOnline.com and UPS or USPS. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the personal nature of this product, any product that has been worn or used can not be returned. Defective equipment will be exchanged for the same equipment within the first 30 days, after which, the factory warranty must be used for repair/replacement. OximetersOnline.com. does not offer free trials on any equipment and therefore, used, dirty, soiled, resold or relabeled goods are not returnable. Even if you only use it once, it is considered used. No credit will be issued on merchandise after 30 days following date of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all merchandise returned due to customer overstocking, ordering error as well as all cancelled orders once processed and refused orders after shipment. When you process your order you agree to these provisions as stated herein. Our customer service representative will assess the situation and, if need be, issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The buyer is responsible for all of the return costs (including the shipping fee and insurance) We may request digital photographs if damage is stated as the reason for return. If and when you receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA), you must ship back your item(s) to OximetersOnline.com at your expense. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the package or we will refuse to accept the package. We will send a new item once we have received the returned item(s) or a refund will be issued. For order cancellations or returns due to reasons other than item damage or incorrect item shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. If a refund is issued, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
